The manager takes day-to-day responsibility for all aspects of your program and can provide you with up-to-the-minute information when you need it. By centralizing communications in this way, you are assured of easy access to product information, shipment schedules, your account position and other information as required. Senior management monitors all correspondence and is available for discussion as appropriate.
